Talk:NDOutils on CentOS

Rpmforge ( http://www.rpmforge.org/ ) now has ndoutils prebuilt. With these rpms installation is just a couple of steps:

  • install ndoutils (using yum)
  • configure mysql db/credentials
  • run database-install script
  • edit credentials in ndo2db.cfg
  • start ndoutils (init-script included)
  • add ndoutils module to nagios config and restart
